Glove Care 101: Keep Your Gloves Game-Ready

Taking care of your gloves doesn’t just make them last longer—it keeps your grip strong and your saves sharp. Follow these simple steps to keep your gloves in top condition:

Peeling protective film

When you unpack your gloves, you’ll notice a protective film on the latex. Start gently peeling it off from the corner of a thumb or finger. Take your time, be extra careful not to tear or damage the latex while doing this.

2

Pre Wash

Once the film is off, give your gloves a pre-wash before wearing them for the first time. This softens the backhand and removes any factory dust, helping to activate the latex and boost grip. It’s a quick step that makes a big difference!

After care (Post-Training & Matches)

After every session or match, we highly recommend giving your gloves a gentle clean, never in the washing machine! Instead, rinse them by hand with warm water over the sink or even in the shower. Let them air dry naturally by laying them on a towel or hanging them up. Avoid radiators and direct heat, drying them too quickly can ruin the latex.
