Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your gloves, so we always recommend trying them on first, ideally before removing the protective film.

Please note: Once the protective film has been removed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, as the gloves can no longer be resold in new condition.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused gloves (with the film still intact) within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order for a full refund.
